Notifications

What is a notification in Collaboration Platform (CP)?

This is an email or activity note that is transmitted by the platform. In CP there are 3 types of notifications:

• Direct notification:
  resulting in an email sent to one or many users. (More information in user guide).
   

• Weekly notification / newsletter:
  weekly email summarising the previous week activities of all the workspace you subscribed to.

  • Documents: new and updated (new version or meta data updates)

  • Discussions: new topics or new comments on an existing topics

   

• Automatic notification:
  available in two formats, accessible online using the top right bell button of CP and as an email.

Is it possible to manage my weekly newsletter?

CP allows users to personalize and improve their user experience: using your settings page you can subscribe to all workspaces you are interested in.

Is it possible to unsubscribe automatic notifications?

The automatic notifications were designed to keep you informed of important events, you can manage your subscriptions from your settings page.

Is it possible to notify all users?

You can notify all users using the tab Members of your workspace.
On members tab click on "Send notifications" then click on "List Groups" and choose the workspace members you want to notify.
