How to use the IEC Voting system for OSD projects

After the OSD NC Voter validates the decision on all comments in the OSD platform, the vote must be cast in the IEC Voting system (if appropriate based on your NC’s membership level).

For OSD projects, the Voting system’s national comments upload option is replaced by radio buttons to indicate whether comments were provided in OSD or not.

1 For a Committee Draft (CD)

1. Go to the IEC Voting system relevant to the project

2. Click on comment status in OSD:

   1. No comment at this stage

   2. Comments in OSD

3. Click on Submit:

2 For a Committee Draft for Vote (CDV)

1. Go to the IEC Voting system relevant to the project.

2. Cast vote:

   1. In favor

   2. Against

   3. Abstain.

3. Click on comment status in OSD:

   1. No comment at this stage

   2. Comments in OSD.

4. Click on Submit:
