Viewing documents on CP

  1. Click on a filename in Collaboration Platform (CP) to open a side-by-side File details panel:

Selecting a file name.

  1. Use the panel icons in the blue header bar as below:

Brackets:

Brackets icon.

Browse to previous/next document

(Arrows are keyboard arrow enabled)

Eye:

Eye icon for preview on or off.

Turn preview on/off

Information circle:

Information circle icon for enabling or disabling details.

Turn DETAILS on/off

Cross:

Cross for closing the details panel.

Close the file details panel

Flag:

Edit/pencil:

Pencil icon for editing document details.

Plus/add:

Plus or add a new version icon.

B. PDFs
C. Microsoft Office files (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
