After the closure of the meeting registration – but before the meeting itself – late participants can be registered by the host NC.
Once the meeting has started, in exceptional circumstances and with their NC’s confirmation, the IEC SEC can register the late participant.
Registering a participant after the meeting shall not generate any notification (registration, accreditation, etc.)
