When Working Group (WG) meetings are sub-meetings in MRS (i.e. bundled to TC/SC Plenary Meetings or part of multiple group meetings) approval of participants is based on role.
If a participant doesn't have a role in the related group, approval of these participants is done by the Convenor of the respective WG in the “Meeting Accreditation” menu.
