Do NC Administrators need to re-enter permissions after migration?
No. All permissions defined in Symphony (prior to the May 2026 transition to EMS) have been automatically converted to the new OSD Permission model.
No action is required from NC users or NC Administrators.

During the migration, we transferred all access rights related to TC/SC document access to the OSD Commenter permission in EMS.
Going forward, when onboarding a new expert, NCs will need to grant the expert access rights to the relevant TC/SC documents, as well as assign the OSD Commenter permission if they need to provide comments in the OSD projects on the commenting stages. NC Admins, will manage both access levels within EMS.
