New - Managing National and International Normative references

National bibliographic references are separate from the bibliography inherited from the international standard.

This allows references that are relevant only to the national adoption to be grouped in a dedicated national section.

Adding a National bibliography section

There are 2 ways to create a National bibliography section:

  • Right click on Normative references section and select Create national normative references list:

Create national normative references list via right click option.
  • Go to INSERT menu > Clause / Annex > Adoptions and select National normative references list:

National normative references via Insert menu.
  • Add a Normative reference in National section: it will automatically create a National Normative references section and populate it this the new reference:

Distinguishing the two reference lists

When both international and national normative reference lists are present, you can create dedicated subtitles for them.

This allows you to clearly identify, for example:

  • International normative references

  • National normative references

The subtitle text can be adapted to the terminology required by your organization.

To create International or National subtitle, right click on Normative references section and select the subtitle required:

Right click on Normative references section and select the subtitle required.

Adding a national normative reference

When inserting a new normative reference, select the National section as its destination.

The reference is then displayed in the National Normative References list instead of the international list.
