Managing Roles and Permissions

Administrators can assign or remove roles within IEC committees.

1 Manage Roles

Manage roles: steps

  1. Open the User Profile

  2. Navigate to the Roles tab

  3. Click Manage Roles

  4. Click Assign New Role

  5. Select committee and role

  6. Click Save

2 Managing Permissions and Voting Rights

Permissions control access to IEC documents and voting systems.

Administrators can manage:

  • document access

  • committee permissions

  • voting rights

Manage permissions: steps

  1. Open the User Profile

  2. Navigate to Permissions

  3. Click Manage Permissions

  4. Select privileges

  5. Save
