Content quality and structural warnings

The OSD platform checks certain structural rules. Below you will find a few examples of these.

  • Incorrect clause positioning

  • Hanging paragraphs warning

  • Non supported elements

1 Incorrect clause positioning

The following warning will appear for clauses that are not in the correct position.

  • Certain specific clauses have to be in a certain position.

  • The fixed parts of an OSD document are the ones surrounded in red below:

2 Hanging paragraphs warning

The following warning will appear for "hanging paragraphs".

  • For example: It is not possible to have parent clauses that have content but also have sub-clauses.

3 Non supported elements

  • The following warning will appear for elements that are not supported.

  • Should you see this type of warning please contact us.

    • Please make sure to include at the very least in your help ticket:

      • a screenshot of the contents of the "Technical error details" (see below example)

      • information on which internet browser you are using

      • the project number

      • and if possible the link to access the document.
