Abbreviated terms list
1 Adding abbreviated terms
Click anywhere within a (sub) clause, go to the INSERT menu, and click on Abbreviations list. An Abbreviated terms list element is created with a single row and two columns.
Enter the abbreviated term or symbol in the first column, and a description of the abbreviated term or symbol in the second column.
To add more rows of abbreviated terms (or symbols):
on the contextual menu of the element and select Add row

inside a row simply press the Tab key on your keyboard
OR
right-click on the element and select Add row above or Add row below:

Please note
Abbreviated term lists can be added in any (sub)clause, except in Normative references, Bibliography and top-level Annex groups.
Multiple Abbreviated term lists can be added in the same or different (sub)clauses.
2 Adding titles and additional descriptions
To add a title to the Abbreviated term list:
click on the contextual menu of the element and select Add title
OR
right-click on the element and select Add title
to add an additional description of an abbreviated term (or symbol)
right-click on the abbreviated term (or symbol) and select Add description
OR
right-click on the description and select Add description:

3 Removing abbreviated terms and description
To remove an Abbreviated term list:
click on the contextual menu of the element and select Remove
OR
right-click on the element and select Remove
To remove a row containing an abbreviated term (or symbol):
click on the row and simply press the Backspace key on your keyboard
OR
right-click on the row and select remove
To remove a description, click on the description and simply press the Backspace key on your keyboard

4 Sorting an abbreviations list
To sort a list of abbreviations in alphabetical order (A-Z):
select the abbreviation list’s context menu
click on Sort abbreviations:
