Creating a task on CP

Locate the Collaboration Platform (CP) workspace where you want to create a task and click on the Tasks tab.

  1. Click on the TASKS tab or TASKS box.
    A counter displays how many tasks have been assigned:

  1. In the toolbar press the New Task button:

  1. Enter a Task title.

  2. Enter Task description.

  3. Select a Task priority.

  4. Use the date picker to set the Task Deadline.

  5. Select Assignee (single).

  6. Select Watchers (single or multiple)
    (select a list group or type names).

  7. ATTACH DOCUMENT(S) as needed.

  8. Select the CREATE TASK button.
